Recycling Coordinator

Technology Solutions

$20.00 per hour

Monday-Friday, 8-Hour Shift Between 7 : 00a-6 : 00p

Worthington, Ohio (onsite)

What You’ll Do :

  • Respond to client emails regarding recycling, update logistics on RRT status, and ensure proper documentation upon completion
  • Track and manage RRTs throughout the recycling process, coordinating with finance and logistics
  • Oversee recycling inventory from receipt to disposal, ensuring proper processing and documentation
  • Handle incoming and outgoing shipments, including packages and pallet shipments
  • Maintain accurate inventory records, matching devices to open RRTs and ensuring timely processing
  • Test, sanitize, erase, grade, and log mobile devices, disposing of non-conforming units properly
  • Keep storage areas organized and ensure devices are assigned to correct locations
  • Support final device reviews, recycling operations, and collaboration with Helpdesk, Logistics, and Project Management teams
  • Specialize in processing inbound and outbound shipments and completing required documentation

    • What We’re Looking For :

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Minimum six months of logistics experience
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office or related software
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills
  • Excellent organization, attention to detail, and time management
  • Ability to perform well in a fast-paced, high-pressure environment
