• Position : Contract Home Health Registered Nurse (RN)\n
• Location : Marlborough, MA, and surrounding areas\n

• Hours : Full-Time, Scheduled 40 hours per week - no hours guaranteed\n
• Duration : 13-week contract with the possibility of extension\n
• Schedule : Monday to Friday, 8 am-5 pm with occasional weekends and on-call (typically one weekend per month)\n
• Productivity : 30-32 per week, up to 35 visits per week\n
• Mileage : .38c visit to visit, 150-250 miles per week expected\n
• Compensation : Hourly pay, negotiable based on experience and territory budget, blended pay packages available for travelers.\n

• Provide high-quality nursing care to patients in their homes\n
• Perform assessments, administer medications, and update patient records\n
• Educate patients and their families on disease management, home safety, and self-care techniques\n
• Coordinate with a multidisciplinary team to develop and implement individualized care plans\n
• Maintain accurate and timely documentation using Homecare Homebase software\n
• Participate in on-call rotation and provide care during occasional weekends as scheduled\n\nRequirements : \n
• Experience : Prior agency home health experience is essential\n
• Software : Proficiency with Homecare Homebase & Oasis required\n
• Licensure : Active Massachusetts RNLicense\n
