What You’ll Do :

  • Lead & Inspire : Support the General Manager in overseeing daily operations and motivating the team to deliver exceptional service.
  • Team Development : Train, coach, and empower team members to excel in their roles and grow within the company.
  • Ensure Excellence : Maintain quality, consistency, and cleanliness standards to uphold our brand promise.
  • Guest Satisfaction : Resolve customer concerns swiftly and professionally, ensuring a positive dining experience.
  • Operational Efficiency : Oversee inventory, scheduling, and adherence to company policies and health regulations.
  • Drive Results : Contribute to achieving financial goals through cost control, sales growth, and team productivity.

    • What You Bring :

  • At least 2 years of leadership experience in a quick-service, fast-casual, or restaurant setting.
  • Strong organizational and multitasking skills in a fast-paced environment.
  • Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.
  • A proactive, problem-solving mindset with a focus on guest satisfaction.
  • Availability to work flexible shifts, including weekends and holidays.
  • A passion for food, service, and creating memorable guest experiences.
