Are you an experienced Project Manager looking to take ownership of exciting and diverse construction projects across Raleigh and the surrounding areas? Our client, a well-established General Contractor , is looking for a driven and detail-oriented professional to join their growing team.

With a portfolio covering ground-up and renovation projects in office, retail, restaurant, dental, education, and mixed-use developments , they offer an engaging and varied workload.

The Role :

As Project Manager, you’ll be responsible for leading projects from pre-construction through closeout, ensuring successful delivery and client satisfaction. You’ll collaborate with superintendents, estimators, and subcontractors to maintain project quality, schedule, and budget.

Key Responsibilities :

• Manage all phases of commercial construction projects, from planning through completion
• Oversee project budgets, schedules, and resources to ensure on-time delivery
• Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, architects, engineers, and subcontractors
• Lead coordination meetings and ensure all stakeholders remain aligned
• Monitor progress and proactively address challenges or delays
• Ensure safety, quality, and compliance standards are consistently met
