Minimum qualifications :
- 1 year of related work experience
- Experience with Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, PowerPoint and Excel), and other business-related applications
Preferred qualifications :

Investigate distressed shipment and cargo claim concerns using a variety of tools and systemsKeep the customer updated throughout the process, demonstrate empathy, and escalate issues as neededUse internal systems to understand shipment history, answer questions, and provide information to customersSupport customer shipment change requests by engaging appropriate operational teamsAnswer a variety of customer inquiries using information in Edge, Corrections, Looker and other systemsPerform system updates to trigger operational behaviors and desired outcomesAbout XPO
