Your role as a Surgical Technologist will directly impact the quality of patient care, and we are eager to welcome you aboard.
Your Responsibilities Will Include :
Ensuring a sterile and efficient operating environment, including preparation of surgical materials and equipment.Assisting in a variety of surgical procedures and maintaining knowledge of current techniques.Setting up the operating room, managing equipment, and maintaining a clean area for optimal care.Acting as a Second Assistant when necessary, ensuring seamless surgical procedures.Communicating effectively with the surgical team regarding equipment and supply needs.Transporting patients and materials safely and efficiently.Maintaining specialty carts and ensuring all items are complete and in proper working condition.Understanding and responding to age-specific needs of patients.Qualifications :
Completion of an accredited surgical technology program.Basic Life Support (BLS) certification required within 6 months of hiring.No prior experience needed, just a willingness to learn and grow.Physical Requirements :
Ability to work in a highly stressful, fast-paced environment.Capability to lift, carry, and push / pull weight as needed during duties.Must have functional hearing and sight and be able to wear necessary protective gear.We look forward to your application and the opportunity to transform healthcare together!
