Document patient history, symptoms, medication, and care given.
Assess learning needs and provide education to patients, family members, and / or caregivers.
To be successful, you will have a Bachelor of Science Degree in Nursing and 1 year of experience in the related nursing specialty. You will be required to have BLS and RN License in the state of employment or compact.
