Registered Nurse - Dynamic Care Provider

As a nurse, you will provide high-quality patient care in a dynamic clinical setting.

You will work independently and as part of a team to achieve long-range goals and plans.

Your responsibilities will include meeting the expectations of one's professional competencies, providing nursing care using the nursing process, and addressing the complex needs of patients and families.

You will administer medications and treatments, monitor for side-effects, and document patient information.

Provide nursing care utilizing the nursing process, including assessment, diagnosis, planning, intervention, and evaluation for assigned patients.

Address increasingly complex psychological, emotional, cultural, and social needs of patients and families.

Administer medications and treatments; monitor for side-effects and effectiveness of treatment prescribed.

Document patient history, symptoms, medication, and care given.

Assess learning needs and provide education to patients, family members, and / or caregivers.

To be successful, you will have a Bachelor of Science Degree in Nursing and 1 year of experience in the related nursing specialty. You will be required to have BLS and RN License in the state of employment or compact.
