The Role :

We’re seeking a Refrigeration Technician with the drive to grow into cascading refrigeration systems—a rare and highly valued skill in the cryogenic space. This is an opportunity to work alongside a team of engineers and innovators in a hands-on environment where your contributions matter every day.

What You’ll Do :

Build, install, and service cryogenic refrigeration systems used in state-of-the-art cryotherapy chambers

Bend, braze, and assemble complex refrigeration lines and circuits

Assist with fabricating and erecting walk-in freezer walls and large-scale refrigeration components

Diagnose and troubleshoot refrigeration performance issues

Perform preventative maintenance, inspections, and system testing to ensure safety and reliability

Collaborate with engineering and R&D teams on product innovation

Keep accurate records of repairs, installations, and modifications

Ensure full compliance with electrical and refrigeration safety codes

Provide customer-facing support during installations and field service calls

Stay hands-on, proactive, and always safety-conscious

Who You Are :

Skilled with tools and comfortable in a hands-on, high-performance manufacturing environment

Familiar with refrigeration cycles, system diagnostics, and repair best practices

Eager to learn advanced cascading and cryogenic refrigeration systems

Physically capable of lifting and maneuvering heavy components

Detail-oriented with a commitment to quality, safety, and innovation
