Job Title : Development Coordinator of Donor Relations.

The Development Coordinator of Donor Relations is responsible for fostering long- term engagement and investment with donors. This position involves duties such as acting as an Assistant to the Development Director, managing data, and organizing special events. Aimed at ensuring an exceptional donor experience.

Education :
Bachelor’s degree in public administration, business administration, or a related field required. Minimum of 5 – 7 years’ experience in event coordination, donor management, process development, cross-department collaboration, and team leadership, with a proven ability to manage and execute strategic initiatives. Experience in a nonprofit environment preferred.
Experience :
Experience in office and administrative management, highly proficient in Microsoft Office suite, experience with Blackbaud, Raiser’s Edge, and Raiser’s Edge NXT, and proficient with database management and data entry.
Physical Demands :
While performing the duties of this job, the employee is regularly required to stand; walk; sit; use hand to finger, handle or feel; reach with hands and arms; talk; hear and have good vision. The Employee must regularly lift and / or move up to 30 lbs. Ability to work occasional evenings, weekends, and travel off-site which may require driving, transport and set up materials.
