Physician / Internal Medicine / Massachusetts / Permanent / Internal Medicine Chief of Primary Care

Interviews are being scheduled for a board-certified Internal Medicine Physician to serve as the Chief of Primary Care in a not-for-profit integrated healthcare system 20 miles south of Boston.

About the position:

• Immediate need due to pending retirement
• Plan, direct, and strategize division operations
• Ensure clinical quality excellence, patient satisfaction, and maximum provider productivity
• Lead Family Medicine, Internal Medicine, Pediatrics, Addiction Medicine, and Urgent Care
• 40-hour/week onsite position with both clinical and administrative duties
• Report directly to the President of the hospital
• Maintains strong patient focus with an emphasis on Safety, Quality, and Patient Experience

Qualifications:

• M.D. or D.O., Board Certified in Internal Medicine
• Licensed in the state of Massachusetts
• 5+ years of active outpatient practice experience required
• 2+ years of previous leadership experience required
• Strong communication skills
