What you´ll do

• Defines and manages Scents, Actives & Dyes and Enzymes & Naturals supplier portfolio.
• Selects suppliers and establishes strategic supplier relationships where appropriate and manages them accordingly.
• Lead regional strategy development for assigned spend.
• Implements year over year cost reduction, increased payment terms and optimizes price development in line with global targets
• Assure Scope 3 Carbon reduction targets are met by 2030 along with other sustainability KPIs (100% RSPO Sourced Palm, Supplier Ecovadis compliance etc.)
• Supports full delegation of back-office jobs to Shared Service Center and develops best practices for e-sourcing with sustainable results.
• Is responsible for periodical progress measurement, accuracy of information and data, in-time delivery, audit conform documentation.
• Proactively steers the agreement portfolio.

The salary for this role is $120,000.00 - $140,000.00. This is the range that we in good faith anticipate relying on when setting wages for this position.  We may ultimately pay more or less than the posted range and this range. This salary range may also be modified in the future.
