REQUIREMENTS : 1 reference from the past 12 months. No local candidates, must be 50 miles away from Facility

Prefer profiles with outpatient and inpatient experience. If no inpatient experience, can offer training, but for sure outpatient experience

Certs Required : CO PT License

Required Qualifications

Physical Therapist, Outpatient

PT(Compact Accepted)

Certifications : BLS(Copy needed)

AND
