Key Responsibilities
Triage and route incoming Litigation Support tickets, ensuring prompt resolution
Manage communications and case management in Zendesk, ensuring data accuracy
Collaborate cross-functionally to resolve customer issues and monitor job milestones
Required Qualifications
Operational experience within the litigation industry or a similar role
Highly organized and able to manage multiple tasks and projects simultaneously
Experience with Zendesk, Gmail, or similar platforms
Proactive problem-solver who can operate effectively in a remote environment
Familiarity with the litigation support industry is a plus
