The Sales Assistant is responsible for assisting the Sales Directors with renting all community apartments and managing all leads from the initial inquiry through the admission process in accordance with federal state and local governing regulations and all Company policies and procedures.
Pay Range : $22.00-$24.00 / hour
Schedule : Tuesday-Saturday
Responsibilities
Responsible for assisting the Sales Directors with managing all leads calling prospects touring prospects and entering prospect information into the lead management systemAssist with administrative and clerical work in the Sales department including preparing admission paperwork and community collateral.Assist the Sales Directors with event preparationIn the absence of the Sales Directors attend morning staff meeting as indicated to alert appropriate staff of projected move ins move outs and transfers within the communityAble to conduct competitive analysis of other area senior living communitiesPrepare collateral for e-blasts mailings and community outreachResponsible for maintaining collateral inventory and ordering as indicatedEnsure regulatory compliance and report any issues or concerns immediatelyComply with Clearwater Living standards and regulations to encourage safe and efficient operationsEncourage teamwork through open communication with associatesDisplay a positive and professional image through actions and maintain high standards of personal appearance and grooming which includes wearing the proper uniform and name tag when workingRepresent the Clearwater Living principles and core values on a daily basisPerform other duties and tasks as assigned or requiredQualifications
High School Diploma or GEDA minimum of one year of work experience in senior living hospitality or Sales preferredCurrent First Aid Certification a plusBackground clearances as required by government regulationsMust meet health requirements including TBClearwater Living is an equal opportunity employer that is committed to diversity and inclusion in the workplace.
