Position Overview

Sunflower Communities is seeking a dedicated Lead Caregiver to join our team and provide compassionate care to our residents. The Lead Caregiver plays a key role in providing hands-on care, mentoring caregivers, and ensuring high-quality support for residents . This position is responsible for assisting with daily living activities, overseeing shift responsibilities, and fostering a positive environment where residents receive the care they deserve
