Key Responsibilities, include but are not limited to :
- Schedule and dispatch service technicians to customer sites based on service requests, urgency, and technician availability.
- Communicate with customers to confirm service appointments, provide updates, and address inquiries or concerns.
- Handle incoming phone calls.
- Monitor and track the progress of service jobs to ensure timely completion and resolve any scheduling conflicts.
- Coordinate with internal departments to ensure necessary resources and information are provided to technicians for each service job; details include-location, equipment, custom instructions / notes, job details.
- Maintain accurate and detailed records of service requests, technician assignments, and customer communications using Miracle Service system.
- Manage multiple databases with accurate data.
- Analyze and optimize routes and schedules to improve efficiency and reduce costs.
- Generate reports on service activities, technician performance, and customer satisfaction metrics as needed.
- Ability to lift up to 20lbs when assisting with miscellaneous duties.
- Execute additional duties and responsibilities as assigned.
Qualifications :
Proven experience in dispatching, customer service, or a related role.Strong communication and interpersonal skills to interact effectively with customers and team members.Excellent organizational and time-management abilities.Proficiency in Miracle Service, scheduling tools, and Microsoft Office Suite.Ability to multitask and remain calm under pressure in a fast-paced environment.Problem-solving skills with a focus on finding practical and efficient solutions.Personality Traits :
