Management Responsibilities Include :

Early morning availability is a must!

7-day-a-week Availability determined by business needs

6-day work week

Knowledge and ability to work all positions in a restaurant

Lead team meetings, along with Restaurant Manager

Oversee Training Programs, train, validate, and certify your team

Ensure Brand standards, recipes, and systems are executed

Create and maintain a guest-focused culture in the restaurant

Review guest feedback results and implement action plans to drive improvement

Communicates restaurant priorities, goals, and results to restaurant team members

Execute new product rollouts including training, marketing, and sampling

Maintain a safe, secure, and healthy environment enforcing food safety, sanitation, and complying with all applicable laws

Control costs to help maximize profitability

Ensuring all shifts are staffed to meet guest demand and service standards

Completion of supplier and vendor orders

Conduct assessments and corresponding action plans

Ensure restaurant budget is met

Manages cash over / short and ensures team members are following cash management policies
