About the Role :

We're looking for a Senior AI Product Manager, Productivity Solutions, to lead the implementation of AI-powered solutions across enterprise-wide transformations. You'll drive efficiency gains through intelligent automation, process redesign, and workforce augmentation. This is a unique opportunity to shape how AI drives meaningful change in how work gets done, at scale.

How you will make an impact :

• Orchestrate AI Solutions : Design modular, scalable AI-powered workflows that unlock material efficiency and productivity gains, continuously refine and tune AI implementations to ensure optimal performance and adoption
• Transform Workflows : Reimagine and automate traditional business processes through modern tools and methodologies
• Redesign Interfaces : Streamline handoffs between functions to remove friction and increase throughput
• Own the Data : Define and track performance metrics, ROI, and adoption using dashboards and analytics tools
• Create Frameworks : Develop reusable delivery models to support enterprise-scale implementation of AI
• Scale Strategically : Design solutions with scalability and future integration in mind
• Engage Stakeholders : Partner cross-functionally with Product Leads, Tech Leads, Process Owners, Project Managers, and Change Managers
• Mitigate Risk : Proactively identify and address risks related to AI adoption, performance, and delivery quality
• Enhance User Experience : Ensure AI tools improve, not complicate, the user experience

We are committed to fair, transparent pay, and we strive to provide competitive compensation in addition to a comprehensive benefits package. The range below represents Wiley's good faith and reasonable estimate of the base pay for this role at the time of posting roles either in the United Kingdom, Canada or USA. It is anticipated that most qualified candidates will fall within the range, however the ultimate salary offered for this role may be higher or lower and will be set based on a variety of non-discriminatory factors, including but not limited to, geographic location, skills, and competencies.
