Production Associate 1st and 2nd Shift Vista, CA

Job Description

Responsible for performing all tasks involved in the fabrication of production parts. The position follows standard work methods and practices safe work habits to ensure production is as efficient and safe as possible.

Responsibilities

• Prepare and maintain tools in accordance with specified guidelines and procedures.
• Trim excess materials from molds using hand shears or trimming knives.
• Perform part build-up free from wrinkles, air pockets, and voids.
• Check completed products for conformance to specifications and defects by inspecting them visually.
• Understand and complete internal and customer-required layup documents.
• Record information on production records, logs, and other report forms.
• Help sand and deburr extra residue off completed parts.
• Use various hand and power tools.
• Accurately follow work instructions.
• Perform re-work as required.

The pay range for this position is $19.00 - $20.00 / hr.
