Description : About the Role :
As an Account Executive at Veseris , you’ll manage a $5M+ territory and serve as a trusted advisor to customers across the turf, pest control, and horticulture industries. Your primary goal is to build profitable, long-term customer partnerships by understanding their business needs and providing consultative solutions from our extensive product and service offerings.
- Territory consists of Ohio, Pennsylvania, and East New York State
Key Responsibilities
Develop and manage long-term relationships with key customers and prospectsUncover customer needs and present tailored product / service solutionsManage multi-location accounts and develop strategic territory sales plansAchieve or exceed sales goals through focused prospecting and account growthStay informed on industry trends, competitor offerings, and market opportunitiesCollaborate with internal teams (customer service, operations, credit) to support customer successAccurately track customer activity and opportunities using CRM and sales toolsRepresent Veseris at industry events, trade shows, and customer sitesRequirements : What You Bring
10+ years of sales experience, including territory management and complex accountsStrong communication, active listening, and consultative selling skillsProven ability to grow business and maintain long-term customer relationshipsExperience in the pest, horticulture, or related industries preferredComfortable using CRM systems, Microsoft Office, and sales reporting toolsBachelor’s degree preferredWhy Veseris
