Arlo Internship Opportunity
This is a 1-year internship under the Operations Department, with a focus on Environmental, Social & Governance (ESG). ESG forms an important strategy within Arlo, supporting and contributing to our business growth.
Reporting to the VP of Business Planning, you will be supporting various initiatives under the ESG project, including but not limited to :
While knowledge and experience on ESG is an advantage, this is not a requirement to the role. Rather, someone with a strong interest and desire to learn about the topic is preferred you'd be spending a lot of time researching on the topic, understanding trends and development of regulations and also identifying best market practices. You would also have strong communications skills (including writing), and highly analytical.
Practical requirement on time & effort : Ordinary 10-16 hours per week. Ideally more hours in Q4 and Q1. While most of the time the work hour is flexible, there should be an expectation of at least once per week sync up with manager via Zoom and with the possibility of additional progress update calls based on project status.
