Physical Therapist (PT) – Multiple Locations : Newburgh, IN | Evansville, IN | Henderson, KY

Schedule : Monday–Friday, 1st Shift

Employment Type : Full-Time

Pay Range : $50–$58 / hour (based on experience)

About the Opportunity

We’re seeking three dedicated and compassionate Physical Therapists to join our growing therapy team in Newburgh, IN , Evansville, IN , and Henderson, KY . These are day-shift, weekday-only positions offering an excellent work-life balance and the chance to work in a collaborative, patient-centered environment.

What You’ll Do

  • Evaluate, plan, and implement individualized physical therapy treatment programs
  • Focus on Orthopedic cases , while also managing a variety of inpatient and outpatient cases
  • Oversee and collaborate with Physical Therapy Assistants (PTAs) to ensure high-quality care
  • Maintain accurate and timely documentation of patient progress and treatment plans
  • Work closely with a multidisciplinary team to support patients in achieving their goals

    • Qualifications

  • Active Physical Therapist (PT) License in the state of employment (IN or KY)
  • Minimum 1 year of clinical experience preferred
  • Strong background or interest in Orthopedics
  • Excellent communication, time management, and teamwork skills
  • Commitment to providing compassionate, evidence-based patient care

    • Typical Case Load

  • Approximately 9–13 patients per day , depending on location and caseload mix
