About the Role

We are seeking a dedicated Speech-Language Pathologist Assistant (SLPA) to join our team and support the delivery of high-quality speech and language services. In this role, you will work under the supervision of a licensed Speech-Language Pathologist, assisting with clinical, educational, documentation, and treatment-related activities in alignment with the plan of care established by the SLP and / or physician.

Key Responsibilities

• Assist the Speech-Language Pathologist in providing speech and language therapy services
• Support clinical, educational, and treatment activities within assigned scope of practice
• Document therapy sessions and maintain accurate records
• Collaborate with the SLP to implement individualized treatment plans
• Work with students across all grade levels and a caseload of 3550
• Split time between direct therapy and support activities as directed
