Set up and operate CNC machines to perform precision machining operations

Select and install appropriate cutting tools, tool holders, and fixtures

Load materials into machines and monitor the machining process to ensure quality and accuracy

Inspect finished parts using precision measuring tools such as bore gauges and coordinate measuring machines (CMM)

Perform routine machine maintenance to maintain optimal performance and minimize downtime xklufbp

Proven experience as a CNC Machinist or in a similar precision machining role

Proficiency in operating Fanuc-controlled CNC machines

Familiarity with lean manufacturing principles preferred

Experience with welding, forklift operation and use of hand / power tools is a plus
