We are actively seeking a talented, driven, and highly-analytical Hybrid Transactional Paralegal to join our dynamic legal team. This role is a unique blend of transactional and paralegal responsibilities, requiring a deep understanding of the legal industry and a passion for strategic problem-solving. The ideal candidate will have a solid background in handling legal compliance, conducting legal research, and preparing financial reports. This role also requires a strong understanding of paralegal studies, contract paralegal, legal writing, non-disclosure, shareholder agreements, M&A security, and real estate deals. The candidate should be comfortable working closely with partners and executing a variety of tasks in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities :

• Provide comprehensive legal assistance to our team, including conducting extensive legal research, preparing legal documents, and ensuring legal compliance.
• Draft, review, and negotiate a wide range of legal documents such as non-disclosure agreements, shareholder agreements, M&A security documents, and real estate deals.
• Prepare and review financial reports related to various transactions.
• Liaise and maintain strong relationships with partners, ensuring all legal matters are addressed promptly and efficiently.
• Act as a key point of contact for all transactional inquiries, providing comprehensive and accurate advice.
• Monitor and stay up-to-date with the latest trends and changes in laws and regulations, ensuring our organization remains compliant at all times.
• Conduct due diligence and risk assessments for various transactions, providing strategic recommendations based on your findings.
