PayPal Sr Specialist

This job involves independent collaboration to enhance partnership processes and effectiveness. The Sr Specialist identifies alternative solutions, oversees team performance, and contributes to best practices in partnership marketing with a focus on BXO and large BNPL partners. Engaging with stakeholders is essential to ensure alignment and support for initiatives, ultimately driving brand recognition and customer loyalty through strategic partnerships.

Essential Responsibilities :

• Develop and execute partnership marketing strategies to drive growth and engagement
• Manage and nurture relationships with key partners to maximize value for both parties
• Collaborate with internal teams to align partnership activities with broader marketing goals
• Identify new partnership opportunities and evaluate their potential impact
• Create and manage marketing plans and campaigns in collaboration with partners
• Track, analyze, and report on the performance of partnership marketing initiatives
• Ensure contractual obligations with partners are fulfilled and align with company standards
• Stay updated on industry trends to inform partnership marketing strategies
