Data Entry Specialist

Office & Shipping / Receiving Associate

This position is a hybrid role supporting both the office and the shipping & receiving departments (on-site 5 days a week). The ideal candidate will ensure smooth operations by managing inventory, tagging shipments, and maintaining accurate documentation.

Responsibilities

• Tag all incoming and outgoing parts and shipments.
• Organize and maintain shipping and receiving areas.
• Verify job tickets for accuracy.
• Perform inventory counts and maintain records.
• Handle ordering of supplies and materials.
• Manage third-party billing processes.

Essential Skills

High School Diploma or equivalent.

This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Warren, MI.
