Job descriptionParticipate in pre-sales processes, defining quality expectations and risk assessments. Develop, maintain, and execute detailed manual test cases and checklists to ensure functional requirements are met. Perform functional, regression, integration, performance, and exploratory testing. Maintain clear, concise, and comprehensive documentation to support the QA process. Collaborate with developers, BAs, and product owners to clarify requirements and define acceptance criteria. Your expertise in QA automation, if applicable, will also be leveraged. Implement AI-powered testing solutions to improve efficiency and coverage. Work on automation frameworks, scripting, and AI-driven testing initiatives. Engage in discussions during client meetings to provide insights and feedback. Continuously learn and adapt to new tools, methodologies, and best practices. 3+ years of experience in manual software testing. Experience in testing web and mobile applications, APIs, and integrations. Experience with SQL, databases, and API testing tools (Postman, REST Assured). Strong understanding of SDLC, STLC, and Agile methodologies. Knowledge of AI-assisted testing tools and approaches. Experience in maintaining clear, concise, and comprehensive QA documentation (test plans, test cases, test reports, etc). Ability to manage the quality assurance process across two projects simultaneously. Excellent communication skills, including spoken and written English (Upper-Intermediate level or higher). Ability to work in a dynamic environment and quickly adapt to different projects. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills. Ability to work effectively in a distributed team across different time zones. Strong teamwork and independent work capabilities. Familiarity with test automation frameworks (e.g., Selenium, Cypress, or Playwright) is a plus. Experience with performance testing (e.g., JMeter, Gatling). BA experience or interest in business analysis. Exposure to DevOps, CI / CD, and cloud-based testing. Exciting and diverse projects across multiple industries. Job Description :
We are looking for a skilled and flexible QA Engineer who will play a key role in ensuring the quality and reliability of various products, ranging from Proof of Concept (POC) and MVP solutions to full-scale production systems. This position is unique as it is not tied to a single project but rather provides opportunities to contribute to upcoming initiatives and pre-sales processes, as well as to step in where testing expertise is needed.
As a QA Engineer at Sprinterra, you will work on a variety of projects, including :
- Ensuring the performance and accuracy of sensor-driven platforms used for tracking industrial cooling and heating solutions.
- Testing innovative digital platforms designed to connect clients, service providers, and businesses.
- Verifying complex financial models and reporting features for asset management platforms.
- Conducting functional and performance testing for custom website solutions.
This is a highly dynamic role that requires technical expertise, problem-solving skills, and adaptability. You will work closely with developers, business analysts, and stakeholders to refine requirements, build test strategies, and enhance product quality.
