Position Overview : Communiboost We are seeking a dedicated and motivated Customer Service Specialist to join our dynamic team. As a Customer Service Specialist, your primary focus will be on delivering high-quality service, resolving inquiries, and enhancing the customer experience. Salary Range : $21.00 - $30.25 hourly Location : Akron, OH

Key Responsibilities

• Handle incoming customer inquiries through various channels, including phone, email, and live chat.
• Resolve customer issues promptly and effectively while maintaining a positive attitude.
• Document customer interactions and feedback accurately in our CRM system.
• Provide product information, assist with order placements, and process returns and exchanges.
• Educate customers on our products and services, ensuring they understand their options.
• Follow up with customers as needed to ensure satisfaction and resolution of inquiries.
