Title : Electro-Mechanical Assembler

Location : Camarillo, CA

Work Schedule : 1st Shift, Monday- Friday

Compensation : $19-23 / hour

Job Description : We are seeking a detail-oriented and skilled Electro-Mechanical Assembler to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for assembling and testing electro-mechanical components and systems according to specifications and quality standards. This role requires a high level of precision, technical knowledge, and the ability to work effectively in a team environment.

Key Responsibilities :

• Assemble electro-mechanical components and systems, including wiring, soldering, and mechanical assembly, following blueprints and schematics.
• Conduct testing and inspection of assembled products to ensure they meet quality and performance standards.
• Troubleshoot and repair any issues with assemblies or components.
• Utilize hand tools, power tools, and testing equipment efficiently and safely.
• Maintain accurate records of assembly processes, test results, and inventory usage.
• Collaborate with engineers and other team members to improve assembly procedures and product designs.
• Follow all safety protocols and maintain a clean and organized work area.
