We are currently looking for a Security Compliance Senior Analyst to lead our IT SOX initiatives and enhance our SOX compliance program.

Key Responsibilities :

• Lead initiatives to bolster SOX roadmap and enhance program maturity.
• Support SOX planning activities, scoping IT systems, and developing training materials for stakeholders in preparation for audits.
• Conduct assessments of security controls within the SOX environment, recommend remediation strategies, and ensure completion.
• Evaluate the SOX implications of new products, update relevant controls, and communicate necessary requirements to product teams and stakeholders.
• Provide ongoing updates to stakeholders and management regarding progress in assigned responsibilities.
• Analyze audit impacts stemming from security incidents and collaborate with relevant teams for control improvements.
• Develop strong relationships with Security, IT, Infrastructure, Engineering, Data, and Finance teams to advise on SOX compliance requirements and ensure high standards in control ownership.
• Create and improve procedural documentation related to SOX, including process flows and templates.
• Collaborate with auditors to familiarize them with our intricate technology control environment.
• Enhance audit initiatives by identifying and analyzing process gaps while providing guidance to team members.
• Innovate solutions to demonstrate risk mitigation and address complex audit challenges in the crypto sector.
• Spot opportunities to resolve systemic program issues, recommend improvements, and streamline processes through automation and AI.

Pay Transparency Notice : Compensation for this role may range as follows depending on location : $167,280 - $196,800, with full-time offers including bonus eligibility, equity, and comprehensive benefits (medical, dental, vision, and 401(k)).
