Staff Management :

• Recruit, train, and supervise housekeeping staff.
• Create department schedules and assign duties to housekeeping personnel daily.
• Conduct performance evaluations and provide feedback to staff.
• Provide ongoing training to housekeeping staff.
• Implement and update training programs to improve efficiency and performance
