Job Overview
You'll be essential in assessing and repairing damage caused by water intrusion, floods, and leaks. You'll inspect affected areas, develop effective restoration plans, and use specialized equipment like dehumidifiers and drying tools to return properties to a safe, dry condition. Your work may also include minor demolition to access hidden water damage and prevent mold growth.
What You'll Be Doing
Inspect properties to identify water damage and assess moisture levels
Develop and implement drying and restoration plans using professional equipment
Remove water, dry affected areas, and help prevent mold and further damage
Perform light demolition when needed to access damaged or wet areas
Keep customers informed about the restoration process and progress
Maintain clean, organized, and safe work environments
What We're Looking For
Valid driver's license (Required)
Ability to lift 50+ lbs and work in confined or elevated spaces
Comfortable working in various indoor and outdoor conditions
Strong communication skills and a collaborative, team-focused attitude
Experience in water restoration is a plus, but training is available for the right candidate
IICRC certification is a major plus
Ability to pass a background check (Required)
