Building Services Technician (Temp Full Time)

We are seeking a dependable and skilled individual to join our team to support special improvement projects across multiple Skilled Nursing Facilities. This role focuses on facility enhancement tasks such as painting, flooring replacement, and light construction projects. The Facilities Technician plays an important part in ensuring our buildings remain safe, attractive, and welcoming environments for our residents, staff, and visitors.

This is a Temporary Full Time position until all projects are completed across multiple buildings in PA

Responsibilities :

Complete facility improvement projects including painting, flooring installation / replacement, wall repair, and minor construction.

Assist with special renovation projects and upgrades across multiple buildings.

Ensure all work is performed safely, efficiently, and with minimal disruption to residents and staff.

Collaborate with facility leadership to prioritize and schedule projects.

Maintain tools, equipment, and supplies in good working order.

Follow all safety guidelines, infection control procedures, and regulatory requirements.

Provide general support with building upkeep and other assigned projects as needed.

Qualifications :

Experience with painting, flooring, carpentry, or related trades preferred.

Ability to use hand and power tools safely and effectively.

Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality workmanship.

Reliable transportation to travel between multiple facility locations.

Flexibility to adjust to changing project priorities.

Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
