Our client, a leading organization in the distribution industry, is seeking a Forklift Distribution Associate to join their team. As a Forklift Distribution Associate, you will be part of the Distribution Department supporting warehouse operations. The ideal candidate will demonstrate reliability, teamwork, attention to detail, and a proactive attitude, which will align successfully in the organization.

Job Title : Forklift Distribution Associate

Location : Phoenixville, PA

Pay Range : $18.20+ per hour (depending on shift)

Shift : various shifts available

What's the Job?

• Operate material handling equipment such as Stock Pickers, Reach Trucks, Counter Balance Forklifts, and Electric Pallet Jacks safely and efficiently.
• Receive inbound freight, inspect pallets for damages, and verify paperwork accuracy.
• Process customer returns, inspect items, and prepare them for repackage or repair as needed.
• Pick, pack, and prepare orders for shipment, including labeling and staging pallets for loading.
• Maintain a clean, safe, and organized work environment following all policies and procedures.
