Tift Regional Medical Center (TRMC), the flagship hospital for Southwell, is a 181- bed regional referral center offering signature services in surgery, cardiovascular care, oncology, women's health, musculoskeletal care, and more. Southwell is comprised of TRMC and the TRMC West Campus in Tifton, Southwell Medical in Adel and numerous clinics and outpatient centers located throughout the south central region.

Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for an OB Laborist located in Tifton, GA. The OB Laborist will be responsible for providing comprehensive obstetric care, including labor and delivery management, antenatal and postnatal care, and collaborating closely with obstetricians, gynecologists, and other healthcare professionals. The OB Laborist will also ensure that all treatments comply with appropriate clinical policies and procedures.

Qualifications

• Skills in Obstetrics and Gynecology
• Proficiency in General Medicine related to obstetric care
• Experience in working with Physicians in a collaborative environment
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, high-pressure environment
• Board Certified in Obstetrics and Gynecology (OB / GYN)
• Valid medical license to practice in the state of Georgia

Compensation

$338,371 Base Compensation

7.58 (24-hour) Shifts Per Month

Up to 5% Quality Bonus
