National Coverage Attorney Insurance Litigation Advisory

Position Overview

As a National Coverage Attorney, you will handle high-level insurance coverage matters across multiple jurisdictions. This role includes providing sophisticated coverage analysis, drafting reservations of rights and declination letters, managing declaratory judgment litigation, and serving as monitoring counsel on complex claims. You'll work closely with clients, partners, and colleagues in a collaborative, growth-oriented environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide insurance coverage advice on a wide range of matters, including General Liability (GL), Excess, Reinsurance, and Commercial First-Party claims.
• Draft coverage opinions, reservation of rights letters, and coverage position letters.
• Handle declaratory judgment and coverage litigation from pleadings through trial / arbitration.
• Act as monitoring counsel on complex, high-value claims.
• Collaborate with clients to develop strategic recommendations and risk assessments.
• Stay current on evolving case law and trends in insurance coverage.
