About the Role
We are seeking a Deployment Training Coordinator to support a large-scale enterprise transformation program focused on harmonizing global processes and implementing SAP S / 4HANA. In this role, you will help execute the learning strategy by organizing, scheduling, and delivering training activities that prepare end-users for success.
Key Responsibilities
- Coordinate with global and local stakeholders to implement training plans.
- Manage training activities in the Learning Management System (LMS – Cornerstone preferred).
- Organize and support facilitator sessions (train-the-trainer).
- Track training progress, attendance, risks, and readiness of materials.
- Provide reporting on training deliverables and escalate issues when needed.
- Support training-related issue resolution and continuous improvement.
Qualifications
3+ years of experience in training coordination, administration, or curriculum development.Strong hands-on experience with LMS platforms (Cornerstone or similar).Project coordination and problem-solving skills.Proficient in Microsoft Excel (pivot tables, vLookup, advanced functions).Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.Ability to work across multiple time zones and adapt to a fast-changing environment.
