Security Installation Technician – Contract to Hire

📍 Location : Mankato, MN

🔧 Industry : Low-Voltage Systems (Security & Fire Alarms)

Job Overview

We are looking for a skilled Security Installation Technician with experience in fire alarms, security systems, or other low-voltage installations. This role involves hands-on installation, wiring, and troubleshooting of systems in compliance with industry standards.

Key Responsibilities

• Install and maintain fire alarm and security systems.
• Read and interpret blueprints and technical diagrams.
• Assemble and wire systems according to specifications.
• Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues.
• Ensure compliance with NFPA codes, NEC, and other standards.
• Operate hand and power tools safely and effectively.
• Communicate clearly with clients and team members.

The pay range for this position is $18.00 - $36.00 / hr.
