The HVAC Installation Lead oversees / performs the installation of new units and replacement parts and ensures work is completed according to company specifications. As the lead installer you are the leader of your installation team. Once instruction has been given to you by our Install manager, you are responsible for instructing your team members and executing a professional install job. You will work hands on with your crew while installing a wide range of HVAC and refrigeration equipment. It is your job to make sure the installation is done properly, safely, and to the ambitious standards of One Hour Heating and Air of Cape Cod, all while providing excellent customer service.

Compensation : $30.00 - $55.00 per hour
