Qualifications

• BC / BE Anesthesiology (ABA)
• Ability to obtain a medical professional license in the State of Washington
• Ability to obtain a DEA with full prescriptive authority needed for specific practice

Pay Range

$173.08 - $240.38 / hour

Compensation Information :

$247.11 / Hourly - $271.15 / Hourly
