Responsibilities
Answer incoming phone calls and follow up with phone calls and emails.
Greet all customers, entering the office, in a friendly and helpful manner.
Secure and file all insurance documents from customers.
Take premium payments from customers.
Provide exceptional customer service and support.
Requirements
Possess an upbeat, positive and enthusiastic attitude.
Proficiency to multi-task, follow-thru and follow-up.
Professional phone etiquette.
Excellent Spelling and Grammar skills.
Great Customer Service Skills.
Proficiency with computers and Excel software.
Works well with other employees and is a team player with a positive attitude.
Strong communication skills, both oral and written.
Bilingual, fluent in both English and Spanish is beneficial
No insurance experience required but must be willing to learn.
