Unit : Surgical Services – OR RN

Assignment Details :

Duration : Up to 25 weeks

Start Date : December 8

Schedule : Monday–Friday, 6 : 30 AM–5 : 00 PM

Call : Rotating weekly & weekend call (minimum every other weekend; 20-minute callback)

Holidays : Must work 2 of 4 (Thanksgiving, Christmas, Christmas Eve, New Year’s Day)

Orientation : Bi-weekly on Mondays

No block scheduling

IVS to Offer

Rates : Travel : $112 / hr

Radius (51–100 miles) : $107 / hr

Local (≤50 miles) : $102 / hr

Distance measured as a straight line

Requirements :

Active AHA BLS & ACLS

Minimum 1 year OR experience (C-section experience required)

Prior travel experience required

EPIC experience within the past 2 years (nonnegotiable)

Scrub experience highly preferred; strong circulators accepted

Operating Rooms : 2 ORs + 1 procedure room + endoscopy room

Specialties : Ortho, General, ENT, Urology, Podiatry, Ophthalmology, OB / GYN, Endoscopy

Documentation : EPIC | Medication System : Pyxis

Support : Respiratory & Anesthesia available 24 / 7

Patient Age Range : 0–99

Floating : Not required

Additional Notes :

Public transportation unavailable—personal or rental vehicle required

Vehicles should have all-season or snow tires (Nov–Apr)

All work history gaps (90+ days) must be explained in submission packet
