Shift : 7am-5 : 30pm (Monday-Thursday) Location : Fairfield, NJ Pay : $20 / hour; Overtime : $30 / hour

Job Description

We are seeking a dedicated Shipping and Receiving Specialist to manage the distribution and shipment of parts according to specified guidelines. This role involves organizing materials, scheduling shipments, and ensuring all processes align with regulatory and customer requirements.

Responsibilities

• Ship parts according to specifications and approved packaging.
• Distribute parts to production departments.
• Receive incoming items and allocate them to correct locations.
• Organize parts and packaging materials.
• Schedule shipments and prepare shipping documents / labels per DOT, IATA, and customer requirements.
• Perform data entry using the company's business system (FBS).
• Assist with packaging, physical counting, distribution, and reconciliation.
• Maintain confidentiality of all processed information.

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $18.00 - $20.00 / hr. Eligibility requirements apply to some benefits and may depend on your job classification and length of employment.
