Role Description :

As a Product Manager at ShipBob you will own, manage, and execute your product roadmap to deliver value to ShipBob's customers around the globe.

ShipBob is investing heavily in expanding its robust omnichannel fulfillment technologies to help e-commerce businesses fulfill orders that meet compliance requirements across different marketplaces and retail channels, both online and offline. This investment area requires an experienced Product Manager to spur innovation on behalf of global e-commerce merchants, marketplaces such as Amazon, Walmart, and TikTok Shop, as well as retailers worldwide. As a Product Manager on the Retailer & Marketplace Compliance team, you will be responsible for driving growth in key areas of expansion for our merchants and for optimizing ShipBob's product offering across the globe.

This role is for someone with a background in logistics specifically working with big box retailers. In Product, we believe in being outcome-driven and testing and measuring everything so we can collectively take ownership of our results. This role reports to the Director, Product Management.

ShipBob believes in transparency while providing a competitive total compensation package with a pay for performance approach. The full base pay range for this position in our compensation architecture is $108,567 - $180,945 for this role. In addition to base salary, this role includes the opportunity to be eligible for participation in the Company's discretionary bonus plan based on the Company's plans and in accordance with the Company's policies.
