Facilities Maintenance Technician II – Southington, CT
Pay : $37.00 / hr. + benefits | Schedule : Mon–Fri, 6 : 45 AM–3 : 15 PM
Adecco is hiring a Facilities Maintenance Technician II to support a high-speed, clean room manufacturing environment. This role focuses on troubleshooting, maintaining, and improving automated production systems.
Key Responsibilities :
Troubleshoot and repair production equipment and building systems
Perform scheduled preventive and corrective maintenance
Support PLC logic, motor controls, and vision inspection systems
Install and modify integrated systems to enhance performance
Maintain accurate records in CMMS and ensure compliance with safety and regulatory standards
Collaborate with engineering, plant staff, and other departments
Assist with special projects and provide operational support as needed
Qualifications :
High school diploma or equivalent
5+ years of experience in facilities maintenance on automated assembly equipment
Strong mechanical aptitude and safe use of hand / power tools
Proficient in reading schematics, blueprints, and procedures
Solid computer skills (MS Office, CMMS required)
Knowledge of PLC logic, motor controls, and vision systems
Excellent communication, problem-solving, and teamwork skills
Must be 18+ and able to lift up to 35 lbs.
Work Environment : Clean room setting
Standing or sitting for extended periods
Minimal travel (less than 5%)

Pay Details : $37.00 per hour
