Location : iKon Manufacturing Facility, Madisonville Tennessee

iKon Boats, LLC is rooted in Hydrasports' half century of heritage, in 2019 the Hydrasports' Board of Directors unanimously decided to expand operating activities into freshwater with a transformational bass boat portfolio. The ongoing venture centered on leveraging sophisticated yacht engineering and technology with consummate fishing anglers' intellect to develop an innovative product that will redefine history.

Position Summary :

The Finance Manager will be responsible for all aspects of the accounting and finance departments at iKon Boats. Responsibilities include all elements financial accounting, cost accounting, pricing, & financials analysis. This role will require strong interpersonal skills as it will work cross functionally with personnel throughout the business, both internal and external to drive organizational improvement. The role will have dual accountability day-to-day to the Chief Financial Officer and strategically to the President of iKon Boats.

Job Responsibilities :

• Oversee the preparation and distribution of invoices for boats as they are shipped and ensure accurate titling documentation
• Maintaining system organization and records for all shipped boats, ability to reproduce records is critical
• Work with MP&L personnel to maintain vendor relationships overseeing the Accounts Payable process. Identifying and maintaining key financials relationships with critical vendors
• Efficiently manage all treasury functions on multiple operating accounts, joint lines of credit, & debt. Maintaining covenant levels of cash flow in operations while identifying and managing opportunities for investment.
• Oversee Monthly, Quarterly, & Annual Financial closing process (GAP process). Requires coordinating with sister company for appropriate elimination and consolidation.
• Provide financial guidance to the Program Manager on new product launches tracking financial spending, ensuring projects are delivered on time and within budget.
• Work with the President of iKon boats on updating and launch the Dealer Programs each year, requires understanding of dealer inventory, turns, costing, & dealer markets.
