Job descriptionTrack and trace direct shipments from producers to the customers Report and update ETAs for direct containers on tracking spreadsheet, inform sales team and credit department of new containers Meet the management Plan $ sales, unite sales and profit objectives Manually delete and recreate PO's and shipping notifications for diverted containers Pursue inquiries from the warehouses when containers do not appear to be in the system College degree, preferred Working knowledge of SAP Knowledge of North American Transportation Industry Effective communication with carriers and internal teams Negotiation Skills Intermediate Microsoft application skills including Excel, PowerPoint, etc. Strong verbal and written communication skills The ability to work collaboratively and seamlessly with a diverse range of team members Strong organizational and problem-solving skills
