Key Responsibilities

Handle medical billing, follow-up tasks, and appeals

Obtain payment and ensure accurate account resolution

Represent the company professionally while interacting with clients and stakeholders

Required Qualifications, Training, and Education

Proficiency in Epic, Meditech, or Cerner systems

Experience in professional and hospital billing, including payer calls and portal usage

Medicare billing experience preferred

Knowledge of ICD-10 coding preferred

Ability to work independently and meet established goals
