Certified Risk Adjustment Auditor

A company is looking for a Quality Review and Audit Senior Analyst.

Key Responsibilities

Evaluate and audit medical documentation for diagnosis code accuracy and compliance

Assign accurate ICD-10 diagnosis codes and audit the accuracy of abstracted codes

Lead and mentor junior team members while contributing to Risk Adjustment programs

Required Qualifications

High School Diploma or equivalent; Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience preferred

5+ years of experience in medical record coding with relevant certification

Willingness to achieve CRC certification within 12 months of hire

Experience with Risk Adjustment coding and familiarity with CMS regulations

Competency with MS Excel, MS Word, and Adobe Acrobat
